Touchpoint is NLX’s ready-made interface for conversational applications. It provides a complete UI layer that can be quickly integrated into any application built on the NLX platform, removing the need to design and build the front end from scratch.
Built for rich interactions, Touchpoint supports a wide range of input and output formats—from plain text and structured data to media, interactive components, and augmented reality—tailored to contemporary conversational experiences.
Flexible by design, Touchpoint adapts to any use case. It supports both voice and text interactions and can be embedded in a variety of layouts: full screen, side-by-side, floating, and compact modes.
Highly customizable, it can be tailored to match any visual identity, with built-in support for light and dark themes that can also follow user system preferences.
